Reviews and Ratings <br />
Club Tropical Resort offers a lovely, laid-back atmosphere with a spacious and comfortable studio apartment. The pool area is a real highlight, providing a unique swimming experience. However, some rooms may feel dated and could benefit from renovations, and not all units have consistent amenities. Overall, it’s a great choice for those looking for a charming spot without the frills of a five-star hotel.
Our stay at Club Tropical Resort had its highlights but also significant drawbacks. The Sunbird Suite was spacious with lovely views and a great layout for our family. However, we faced issues like a poorly maintained environment and a lack of customer service support during the night. Overall, it was a mixed experience with potential for improvement.
This hotel offers an excellent experience right in the middle of Port Douglas, with a friendly atmosphere and spacious rooms. I loved having a balcony view overlooking the Main Street and inlet, which added to the charm of my stay. While the setup of the kitchen area on the balcony was a bit unconventional, it was still well-equipped. On the downside, the resort isn't brand new, but the location makes it well worth it, allowing easy access to shops, restaurants, and the beach.
The resort has a fantastic location near the marina, restaurants, and shops, which made it easy for us to explore the area. We stayed in a spacious apartment that was comfortable and included most amenities we needed. However, some facilities seemed a bit dated, and there were issues with Wi-Fi during our stay, which was disappointing. Overall, it was a good experience, but certain areas could use improvement.
I just spent three weeks in a studio suite, and once again, I was impressed by the perfect location. The room, while a bit dated, had a comfortable bed and good amenities. The area around the resort is bustling with shops, restaurants, and a supermarket, making it really convenient. Unfortunately, the room could use some updates, but overall, a very enjoyable stay with excellent staff support. I can't wait to return next year!
